For the first half of 2011, there have been 24 lake home sales. For the same period in 2010, there were only 14 lake home sales. A 70% increase in sales for the first half of the year is definitely encouraging. Historically, the summer is a slower period for lake sales and the heavy selling season typically begins in early August, so hopefully this year will end up very strong!
